Event Coordination
Place-based, inclusive events that bring your community together. From expos to forums, we have a track record across the South West WA.
A great event can change how a community feels. Pulling one off shouldn't drain you.
There's nothing quite like a room (or a park, or a hall) full of people who showed up, connected, and left feeling part of something. We love this work. Bringing all kinds of people together to celebrate community is genuinely the part we get excited about, and it shows in the events we run.
But behind every great event is a mountain of moving parts: the logistics, the partners, the risk management, the late nights, and the quiet worry that nobody will turn up. For a group that's already stretched thin with limited capacity, a small team, and a big mission, taking all of that on can tip enthusiasm straight into burnout.
That's exactly when we step in. Because we've done this repeatedly across the South West, you're not betting on a first-timer, you're backing experience. We carry the load so your team doesn't have to, and you get the buzz of a well-run, well-attended event that actually connects people, without the exhaustion that usually comes with it. Whether you need the whole thing handled or just an extra pair of capable hands at the crunch, we meet you where you are.
What we create
Place-based, inclusive events (sports, arts, music, social clubs, expos, and forums), designed to reduce isolation and help your community connect in meaningful ways. We've delivered the Have A Go Expo and the Greater Bunbury Youth Mental Health Forum (2024 and 2025), plus ongoing social programs that keep people connecting all year round. Every event is built to be genuinely welcoming, so people from all walks of life feel like it's theirs.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.
All our services are 100% customisable for your organisation.
Event planning and concept design: Working with you to shape the idea, format, and run-sheet so the event achieves what you're hoping for.
Logistics management: venues, permits, equipment, catering, suppliers, scheduling, and all the fiddly coordination that eats your week.
Stakeholder and partner coordination: bringing councils, sponsors, community groups, and service providers to the table and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
Risk management and safety planning: site assessments, risk plans, and the documentation that keeps your event compliant and everyone safe.
Promotion and community engagement: getting the word out and getting the right people through the gate, so the room is full and the energy is high.
Inclusion and accessibility planning: designing the event so people of all ages, abilities, identities, and backgrounds can take part with ease.
On-the-day delivery and coordination: being on the ground to run the event smoothly, manage volunteers, and handle whatever pops up so you can actually enjoy it.
Volunteer coordination: recruiting, briefing, and supporting the volunteers who help your event hum.
Pack-down and wrap-up: closing out suppliers, returns, and reporting so nothing lingers on your desk afterward.
Evaluation and reporting: measuring turnout, reach, and impact, and handing you the evidence you can put in front of your board or your funder.
Things we can take off your plate…
Proof & Credentials
Why organisations across the South West choose us
We know the local landscape. We're well networked with local councils, businesses, government agencies, and not-for-profits, with deep sector knowledge across the Greater Bunbury region and wider South West.
We're peer-led and youth-informed. Young people and local communities help design and lead what we do, which is exactly why our programs land where generic, top-down offers don't.
We measure what matters. Our work draws on evaluation and learnings from the Blue Leaf Initiative, with evaluation partnerships involving UWA and The Kids Research Institute, so you get evidence you can put in front of a funder or a board.
We're built for inclusion. Our approach is designed to reach rural and remote communities, First Nations young people, LGBTQIA+ youth, and people with disability.
We're aligned with the big-picture priorities. Our work maps neatly onto the National Suicide Prevention Strategy 2025–2035 and the National Children's Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy which is handy when you're writing your own funding case.
